Single mother Kate Johnson is a successful undercover investigator. When her daughter Nina travels to Belize to volunteer at a local orphanage, she is kidnapped. Kate sets out on her own to rescue Nina. On-site, she receives help from ex-Marine Francisco Orizaga. But time is running out, as Nina has fallen into the hands of an organ trafficking ring.
