Scientist Dr. Andrew Boran receives strange signals from outer space. He manages to decode them and finds out that they predict environmental disasters such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. There appear to be two other receiving stations on Earth. Together with his wife Sylvia, he sets off in search of them.
